We all live perfectly imperfect lives, which give us each our special detail, and uniqueness. Yet due to circumstances, sometimes we need support to move forward to our best selves/family. When life feels out of balance, I am here to help you find solutions that work for you. My time is your time, and I will work with you to resolve immediate struggles, and empower you to achieve your goals.
There are few places where we can be fully understood and make sense of our lives. Life can take us in directions we did not anticipate, and we may need a reflective and accepting environment to reconnect to our true selves. Whether there are small stressors, relationship challenges, life decisions, or just “feeling stuck”, therapy is an environment that is dedicated to feeling and coping better. Together we can build an authentic relationship where you feel safe, validated, and empowered to explore and confront those challenges.
I believe that my role as an agent of change is be a catalyst for the wisdom that already exists within each person. Through a collaborative, relationship-based approach each person can explore their personal understanding of a fulfilling life.
About Me
My name is Alisa, I grew up in Australia, my passion for travel and curiosity to meet new people has helped me gain understanding and love for humans all over the world. Fun fact: I have been working as a hairdresser for over 19 years! That is where I found a passion in talking and helping people. I channeled my passion to help others into another profession. I completed my bachelor’s degree in Applied Social Science and later earned my Master of Counseling. I have been a counsellor, motivational speaker and group facilitator at various locations for over a decade. My life and professional journey inevitably led me to becoming a Certified Life Coach. I fully embrace the passion within myself to help individuals with their journey life.

In today’s world it seems everyone is talking and no one is listening to others or themselves, and that is what I am here for. I am here for you to release your inner dialogue and help you find your path in life while experiencing healthier interpersonal relationships with others, reach goals and feel content within yourself.
